 Hello, today i would like to share with you one cake which i made for my daughter's 4th birthday. I love this cake because was difficult to be made and so colourful and tasty in the end. She loved the cake so much, which made me so happy❤ I am going to leave the recipe now for you, just in case you want to try it! Rainbow cake First you need to know how many colours your cake will be, mine was seven. You need a different colours food paint for every each. For the sponge you will need: 2eggs 80g sugar 40ml milk 70g flour 40g butter(soft) 5g baking powder First mix well the eggs and the sugar. Worm up the milk and add the soft butter and mix together after that add half of the milk to the mixed eggs, add half of the flour with the baking powder, and again the rest of it. mix all gently and bake in pre-heated oven to 170C for 45-50min.  I've got something very healthy and yummy for you guys! It's one delicious Granola, you can eat it for a breakfast with yogurt and some fruits or any time as it is like a snack, it's all up to you! Very easy and quick to prepare it, my daughter loves it😋 There is the recipe for you! 300g mixed nuts ( i used walnuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnut) 100g pumpkin, sesame and sunflower seeds 100g oat muesli   Mix them in a tray and bake for 10 min in pre-heated oven of 180͒C. Open the oven and mix them few times while they are baking! Heat up  80ml coconut oil in the microwave  2-3 tsp honey 1 tsp Spirulina  Pour the liquid over the nut mix and place everything over baking paper and press it well so it will stick together, make it in perfect shape so, when you cut it should be about 10 pieces. Don't forget to add the pinch of love😍 it's really important... Bake again for 20min in oven pre-heated of 150͒C Enjoy❤

 Hey guys, today i will post my favoured chocolate cake😍one absolutely Devil's cake which i made with chocolate sponge and Irish velvet syrup it's an amazing combination with dark choc ganache 😋 Perfect for any occasion, but specially for Chocolate lovers only❤ For this cake i used the ready Devil's mix for the sponge (i cheated a bit but i haven't got time that day) 😈 So, you mix and bake as it's on the box, the cream it's something else... Coll down when is ready and while you are waiting you can do the ganache 200g dark chocolate  150ml double cream 10ml Irish Velvet syrup (non-alcoholic) 300g Kit Kat pieces 1 Pinch of Love For the decoration my favourite fresh Raspberries and 50g Pistachio Oki Doki, so you heat up the cream and pour it over the choc and mix it well until gets nice and shiny after that you leave it to cool for few minutes.  Hello guys, today i would like to introduce you one of my latest cakes and i hope you going to love it🍰My new obsession is Pistachio, Raspberries and White Chocolate Cake, it need a time, but the result is absolutely delicious!  The recipe for this amazing cake is: Pistachio, Raspberries and White Choc cake Let's bake it first... 2 eggs 40ml milk 80 g sugar 40g butter (soft) 40g pistachio 70g flour  5g baking powder and pinch of Love Mix it all together and bake in pre heated oven of 170͒ C for about 50 min in 16 cm tray until is ready. For the cream: 250g Mascarpone 250g soft cheese  80g powder sugar 200ml double cream 30-50g pistachio The Mascarpone, soft cheese and the powder sugar mix together after that add the pistachio and, in the end, add the double cream and mix again until the cream gets nice and shiny.
